I dont care if its your favorite show of all time, or just something you enjoy occassionally....
just post your "ultimate" list of.... sitcoms that you like sitcoms you once liked, but dont anymore or shows that you want to see someday, but havent been able to. Just to make it easier, list under the decade. And of course -- you can include nonsitcoms as well, but just mark them clearly. |

I like... current or classic:
00s ------- Angel Arrested Development Charmed Queer As Folk Scrubs Sex And The City Six Feet Under 90's -------- Ally McBeal Beavis And Butt-Head Buffy Daria Dawson's Creek Ellen Friends Life With Roger Newsradio Roseanne Seinfeld South Park Sports Night Suddenly Susan 80's --------- A Different World Cosby Show (to an extent) Diff'rent Strokes Facts Of Life Family Ties Gimme A Break Mama's Family 227 70's ---------- Brady Bunch Happy Days Laverne And Shirley One Day At A Time Taxi Three's Company 60's ----------- Bewitched I Dream Of Jeannie Monkees Mr. Ed My Three Sons 50's ------------ I Love Lucy Leave It To Beaver used to like but not now. 00's ------------ Bette Survivor (okay, I admit that I was kinda caught up in the fad the first season, I was over it by the second run) Will And Grace (liked it the first few seasons, then it became nothing but a showcase for "look who we have as a guest-star this week") 90's ------------- Beverly Hills 90210 (I remember thinking it was soooo cool in the early 90's, now looking back on it, it's more dated than the worst 70's shows) Family Matters Fresh Prince Full House Mad About You (loved it on NBC... watching it on Lifetime, almost cringable) Married With Children (I dunno why... I used to love it as a kid, but lost interest in the series as I got older) Real World (will admit that I liked it up to 1996) 80's ------------- Growing Pains MacGyver Who's The Boss |

Currently my favorite show is one I discovered on dvd, not tv: Freaks and Geeks. I've only watched 12 of the 18 episodes but consider it one of my all-time favorites.
I like alot more than what I have on this list, but I guess these are the ones I feel most deserving of a mention. 1950's - 1960's Gilligan's Island The Honeymooners I Love Lucy 1970's Alice All in the Family Brady Bunch Good Times Happy Days The Jeffersons Laverne & Shirley Love Boat Mary Tyler Moore Show The Odd Couple One Day At A Time Soap Taxi Three's Company Welcome Back Kotter What's Happening!! 1980's The Cosby Show Diff'rent Strokes 1990's Different World Family Matters Fresh Prince of Bel Air Living Single Married... With Children Moesha Saved By The Bell/The New Class The Wonder Years 2000-today Arrested Development Bernie Mac Girlfriends Half & Half Toons, reality, dramas, etc: American Dreams American Idol The Apprentice Carol Burnett Show Charlie's Angels Dangerous Minds Degrassi Junior High/High/Next Generation Fame Fat Albert & The Cosby Kids Flintstones Freaks & Geeks Homicide:Life On The Street I'll Fly Away Jamie Kennedy Experiment The Jetsons My So Called Life Pee Wee's Playhouse Radio Free Roscoe Ren & Stimpy Saturday Night Live The Sopranos St. Elsewhere Survivor 24 Under One Roof White Shadow The Wire |

Sitcoms (and other comedies) I Like...
- Married...With Children - Curb Your Enthusiasm - The Office - Late Night With Conan O'Brien - South Park - Arrested Development - Andy Richter Controls the Universe - King Of Queens - Aqua Teen Hungerforce - Chappelle's Show - Titus - Beavis and Butt-head - Clerks - The Critic - Family Guy - Freakazoid! - Dr. Katz - Home Movies (I like season 1, got turned off by season 2, missed season 3, and watched half of season 4 which ended the series well) - Seinfeld - Space Ghost: Coast to Coast - That's My Bush! Sitcoms (and other comedies) I Once Liked But Don't Anymore... - Sealab 2021 (The show started well and got bad really fast. I don't care for anything outside of the first 14 episodes. There's even a few terrible ones in that group, like Waking Quinn) - Late Show with David Letterman (He's occasionally funny. I enjoy Stupid Human Tricks, Stupid Pet Tricks, Will It Float?, and the CBS Mailbag on a good day. But in my opinion, he stopped being really funny sometime in 2001. - The Drew Carey Show (I haven't turned against this show...I just don't like it anywhere near as much as I used to.) - Third Rock From the Sun (same as Drew Carey Show) - Unhappily Ever After (I only put this one here because I haven't seen it since WB finished it. I don't know if this show is as funny as I remember it.) - Simpsons (I stopped watching a while ago and don't care for the new episodes. However, I still enjoy some repeats and I do plan on getting the season 4 DVD for the Conan O'Brien episodes.) Shows I Want To See Someday... - Cheers (I've only seen a single episode.) - Frasier - Roseanne - Scrubs (I've only seen a couple of recent episodes, which even the show's fans didn't think were that good.) - Father Ted (I only watched a couple of episodes.) - Taxi - All in the Family |
