Aah Manneqiun...you've gotta remember this. From 1987 and starring Andrew McCarthy and Kim Cattrall about an artist who builds a female manneqiun that comes to life, and she turns him into a grade A window dresser. Oh and they fall in love too.

Judging from other's opinions online, Mannequin is one of those movies that you either love or loathe. It's VERY silly and VERY 80s but personally I love it. Originally it was a childhood favourite of mine but I got the DVD recently and still love it just as much. It's so innocent and carefree, and has a nice upbeat ending and an awesome musical montage as well.

So any other fans? Or did you not like it? Thoughts please.

I loved this movie, Kim Cattrall is great!

Mannequin came out when I was in 6th grade and as a kid I thought it was a great movie. However, now I rate it as one of the worst movies ever made along side Howard The Duck, Armageddon and Charlie's Angels. This is just my opinion though.

Speaking of Mannequins- can anybody remember the name of this horror movie with a wooden mannequin called Morty or something? I saw the dvd in the video shop once but can't find it now!

I've never seen Mannequin- but it sounds very interesting. I love 80's films, upbeat endings, and musical montages!

I've seen parts of that movie. We own it and I've been in the room when it's watched but I never pay attention.

Mannequin is a good movie. I wouldn't consider it one of my "favorite" movies, but it's pretty good. I like the song "Nothing Gonna Stop Us Now" by Starship in the movie. It's a pretty decent '80s movie.

I got alot of vhs tapes from ebay once with a bunch of movies ppl recorded over the years and has

Mannequin,Aliens and Predator on it.....

I got it for PREDATOR because that movie looks like crap on the official CBSFOX release...

All 3 are recorded from HBO on this tape..........

Yes a good movie...Part 2 sucks donkey dink though!!

My mom also loves the movie Mannequin too and I think it's a cool movie and I own both Mannequin and Mannequin 2 On The Move because I found a double pack at Walmart that has both Mannequin movies and I think one of the reasons why Mannequin was so popular was it scored a hit for Starship with Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now as the theme song. I think had Mannequin 2 done a lot better it could've lead to Mannequin 3 but it's one of those movies that has a certain appeal to it in the same category as Valley Girl
