Twice As Fun is about a set of teenage twins (Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen) who are seniors in high school. Kayla (Mary-Kate Olsen) doesn't feel college is right for here, on the other hand, Caitlin (Ashley Olsen) can't wait to go to school. Caitlin wants to go to college but still is undecided on what in particular. Kayla wants to travel the world and discover herself first. Kayla's free-spirited best friend, Cassie (Lindsay Lohan) is just like Kayla. Caitlin's down-to-Earth best friend, Cara (Raven Symone) is more like Caitlin. Even though, Caitlin is more of a ditz and Kayla is more of a flake, the twins get along great together. Kayla and Caitlin's parents, Mark and Pam (Jim Belushi, Kathy Najimy) want their girls to both go to college and get good educations. Mark and Pam's oldest child and Kayla and Caitlin's wayward, college-dropout brother, Paul (Rider Strong) lives in their once-a-basement-but-now-a-bachelor-pad place.
