future prospects for The Big House? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

From what I understand, last night's episode (April 30) was the season finale. What are the odds of this show coming back?

I thought it was alright. Not laugh-out-loud funny or anything, but I've always had a soft spot for family-based sitcoms, and there's not a whole lot out there using this formula right now.

I'd like to see it come back, but if I had to guess, I don't think ABC is going to renew it, unless they're replacing Married To The Kellys or don't have a new TGIF show to add next season. I don't know if Big House made enough of an impact for ABC to say "we'll bring this show back".
