Cool I saw Metallica last night!

My arm is still sore from doing so many fists pumps and I'm alittle hoarse yet. Godsmack opened, they were good they played for an hour and Metallica played for 2. It was so cool we were able to get the standing room only floor seats. There was a center stage and everyone moved around so all sides of the arena could see everbody. Well except Lars, he couldn't really move. But it was awsome to look up and see James and everybody else. We were pretty close, but we were packed in rather tightly. At the end they were thowing out lots of guitar picks, I wasn't able to get one but one of the people in our group did. It was totally awsome.

You rock dude.

I went to the tucson show on march 3rd. it was so awesome.. i was really nervous and shaking when we were almost there. i liked the songs godsmack played, it was the first time i'd heard them and i have some of their songs downloaded now. when metallica came out i saw kirk first and i started screaming, i couldnt believe it was actually happening. they played all the songs i wanted to hear (props to lars for the set list) me and my brother were yelling the words to them all. i was cheering for cliff too.. haha i figured he'd be there in spirit. and as much as i'm pyrophobic, the pyro was awesome, especially during "one." it was so awesome when they played "creeping death", it has always been my dream to see it live and be part of the audience when they chant "DIE! DIE! DIE!" in the middle of it. whenever they finished a song i would yell "PLAY MOTORBREATH!" and at the very end of the show, they did. When they started it i start screaming at the top of my lungs and i was so excited i forgot the first line so i had to listen to james first. lol.. i was screaming the lyrics as loud as i could and jumping around, i think i freaked out the guy next to me. when they were done lars said something to the audience, i forget what but i just remember that he said the word "f-ck" and i was cheering for him. he didnt have to put the greatest song ever on the set list.. but he did. he is now my idol.
