Default Opinions on Finale?

I thought the W&G finale was great! I loved how J Lo. was on and her lines were great. Will was such a great friend in this ep. too , about the whole Grace-Leo thing. I didnt like how they brought up Leo cheating on Grace though , I mean it was depressing to Will at the wedding , but otherwise , it was a funny finale!

I feel that thus finale which was real great unfortunately could lead to possibly the Series finale next year. The storyline mostly does tell the tale. I think that this show is really starting to lose steam now. The jokes are just about coming dry, Will/Grace/Leo storyline really now falls flat and Karen and Jack just now look plain stu0pid although they are to say the least, the only thing intresting on the show now. Face it, the show skidded since the middle of last season. So I predict that next year will be the last. But this season's finale was great with J lo in it! But as all good things on W&G are starting to wind down,

As Michael Kelso would say to Jack pulling down on that migit, BURN!

It started off with Jack Will and Karen on the plane to Las Vegas and Karen's fiance turns out to be the pilot (funny enough he's afraid of flying) and Rosario is there serving them warm nuts haha. But on the plane is where things start to go wrong with the wedding because Karen finds out that Lyle wanted light beer at the wedding and she was pretty annoyed. But Jack and Will convinced her to let it slide so she did. Anyway they arrive in Las Vegas and Jack and Will partner up to go gambling and Karen and Lyle are away talking and she finds out he wants something else that she didn't want in the wedding but I can't remember what it was (someone want to help me out with that one) and she gets mad again but she is later conviced to let it slide for the sake of the wedding. It then cut to Karen in the washroom singing to herself in the mirror when all of a sudden Jennifer Lopez comes out of the stall and makes a remark about her bad singing. Karen reminds Jennifer that they once met through Rosario and asks her to sing at the wedding. Jennifer agrees and it then cut to the next scene. From what I remember the next scene is a photo shoot for Karens wedding pictures and this is when Leo arrives. He and Will talk for a bit but I don't quite remember what was said. Later, at the wedding Leo arrives drunk and he is seated behind Will. Will assumes something is wrong and gets Leo to fess up. Leo explains that while he was away, he kissed another woman. Will convinces Leo to call grace and explain the whole thing and tell her the truth. Leo aggrees and asks will to talk to her for him too i think.. lol. Sorry my memory is a little off. Anyways Leslie shows up at the wedding and he and Karen say a few words to eachother and then Jennifer makes her way to the stage. On the way there one of her dancers trips over a shrimp tail jack had thrown on the floor earlier and so she announces that she needs a dancer or the show can not go on. Leslie rushes to dance but Jack pushes him out of the way and asks if he can dance for her. She aggrees and they proceed backstage. The dance sequence was hilarious. Jack's dancing was so funny. After all that Lyle heads to the stage to make a speech about how much Karen did, that she did not want to do for this wedding. He asks her if she wants to say anything to add to the speech. After hearing everything she gave up she heads to the microphone and says "I want a divorce". In the meantime, Leo has just gotten off the phone with Grace and Will runs to meet him. Will asks how everything went and Leo replies "she said she never wants to see me again". Will asks why and Leo confesses that he did not just kiss another woman, but they slept together as well. He asks Will if he is still going to talk to Grace for him and Will told him no and that he's on his own now. While all this drama is going on, Jack rushes in, excited because he has been asked to tour with Jennifer Lopez. And that is basically where it ended. That is all i can remember from the show. I hope that made sense...I was kind of rushing so if you're confused hopefully someone else can help me out with this summery.

The finale focused too much on Jennifer Lopez, imo. I personally am tired of all these guest stars and I think W&G should really cut back next season.

as much as i love the show im going to have to agree with you on the "too many guest stars" theory. Sometimes the stars help the show out a lot, but most of the time its just too much.

Yeah, and espicially the writers for the show are running out of goodf ideas and that is why that the show will most likely be ending next season because too many guests are on the show thus leading to inconsistency and thus expensive salary budgets. The show just isn't good anymore!!!! They shouold just call it quits after next year.

I thought the finale was GREAT! I'm sad to say that I'm not really missing Grace at all. Jack & Karen are perfectly capable of leading the show. Both of them were still as funny as ever. For being it an hour long, I didn't think it focused all that much on Jennifer, but I do agree about them needing to cut back on guest stars.

Well to be honest with you fabernash, I really liked this show espicially when this how debuted at the time when I really gotten into 3 other comedies which also included King of the Hill, Just Shoot Me. the 2 big ones the companion to W&G, That '70s Show and the show which suffered since Phil Hartman died and my all time favorite! NewsRadio !!!

But since I heard earlier this year that the stars of That '70s Show Topher Grace and Ashton Kutcher want '70s to end since their contracts end next year, the same goes with W&G too. Their contracts are up next season and it would be god that W&G's contracts are also up too next season and should end like '70s Show too since the cast really needs to move on and '70s/W&G need to go out with a BANG and a celebation that both shows are ending and have Karen Walker have the spinoff in 05-06 season. That is a gerat package!

It would be real odd that such a good storyline of W&G (since NBC wants to extended the show until 2008 like Oprah is but by then, the show will really show some tear and not to be rude but the show is losing steam and I believe that I am kind of bittersweet that W&G is leaving NBC for good next season. Plus I think Jack and Karen are stealing the show from Will & Grace too much so that is why I am not going to be suprised if this show ends next year for GOOD!!!) have to be dragged through like a rag doll and thus come with inconsistent scripts and causing the show to not grab alot of the audience espicially with too many celeb cameos and Jack/Karen/Grace-Leo storyline just not making any good sense at all. Besides that is the reason why Kohan/Mutchnick is into finicial problems because they can't seem to know what to do because of those freaking celebs which KoMut has to pay for them and the show not really playing in with too many viewers. So TO Say The Least, the recent boring, tiresome episodes of W&G are really smiley funny, but NOT as Laugh out Loud funny as was before.

So I hatre to be harsh but right now, I would have to tune to the best comedy right now, That '70s Show. That show kicks big time a**!!! For W&G, as Anne Robinson would say, it's either take it or leave it, YOOU ARE THE WEAKEST LINK!! GOOODBYYYEEEE!!!!!

Don't bet your 2 penny antes on that Hunington. I think that the show unfortunately after the last 20 minutes of the show really paid too much attention on J Lo. This season's finale is ultimately going to lead into the sad series finale next season and although that NBC wants to renew the show coming real soon and with the KoMut troubles, this is less likely going to happen if they didn'y put too many Celebs th haing to pay them each time they made a huest appearance, thus whole troubles wouldnve never happened. And even if it did get renewed, you won't be able to really see this show air past it's 7th and now most likely, the FINAL SEASON!! Sorry, if this offends you but it's going to lead to be true!!!!

This show really blew it after the middle of the 5th sesaon when the whole Grace/Leo storyline just fell flat and bland if you ask me. So speaking of which I really should still watch NewsRadio, That '70s Show which kicks butt on W&G now, King of the Hill or Just Shoot Me whether or not NBC wants to renew this show but because of the blend and "milking the Cow Dry that it's udders falling flat!" episodes W&G are making, it's either a take it or leave it option, like it or not!

W&G/'70s Show (1998-2005)!!! We will miss you next year!

First of all...what? Don't think that first line really applies. And, are you sure you were watching the same show? J Lo did not take up half of the episode. There was just the part when Karen ran into her in the bathroom and the end...

I love Will and Grace so much. However, I was NOT happy with the season finale. I think I only laughed once or twice the whole hour. It was nothing compared to last season's finale and last year had a much better cliffhanger as well.

Grace being absent from the show played a part in the "ho-humness" of the episode. You need ALL of the main characters present. All four of them are like legs on a table. If one is missing, it's just not the same. This was no fault of Debra Messing's. The doctor ordered her to miss the last four episodes. But since she was ordered off the finale, it caused bad writing changes. Grace would have gone to Vegas to see Karen get married in a second. She wouldn't have stayed home swamped with work.

Jennifer Lopez was great however. She was a bright spot in this episode even though she was only in a couple scenes.

Leo cheating on Grace? I was wondering how the writers would eventually break them up. Leo doesn't seem like the kind of character to cheat on his wife, but I guess this was the best way the writers could think of to get him off the show.

The episodes this season just didn't seem as cute and funny as past episodes. If the writing doesn't get better, the show will be off the air in no time.
