Default New kid in school

Ok, so we got a new kid in school right? I thought he would be normal as any other kid, but this dude is definetly weird. (not to be mean) He always humm everytime he talks. Everybody always laughed when he talked. He has a weird personality. He gets mad for no reason, even if he gets a papercut or can't find something. It's not like it's the end of the world! So, today at reading, when we put our chairs up and about to leave for 7th period, the kid gets mad (not sure what happened), but he cussed out real loud! The teacher got so mad, but I just left afterwards. My reading teacher a several weeks ago, when the kid was absent that day, she explained if any of us laughed when he talked again, we would get suspended, but I think my reading teacher crossed the line when the new kid cussed. I was so bored, so I thought I'd tell you all bout him.

Well he's probably nervous and scared about being at a new school to start with and he probably never wanted to move in the first place which may explain his attitude. Instead of laughing at him try and make him more comfortable about being at a new school and maybe his attitude will get better. The kid just wants to be accepted.

Well, we don't know what he wants and we did make him feel comfortable. He just starts dissing people out when he feels like it.

Laughing at people because of a possible speech impediment (since the teacher told you all to not laugh when he spoke, i assume he has one) is not exactly a way to make someone feel comfortable.

Laughing at his speech problem is not cool.

I'm not sure if his speech thingymambor is a habit or somewhat, but it is hard not to laugh or giggle at it. Even the teachers smile a little when he talks.
