Cool Weird little quirks

I have to have all my cash facing the same way and in descending order. ($20's, $10's, $5's, and $1's) I am not happy if it's out of order. God help you if I let you ring on my drawer at work and I find you just threw money in there without putting it face-up and all going the same way...

I do that too It's the same with books, dvds, etc. They've all gotta be lined up and with the titles facing the same way.

I've got more, but I can't think of them right now. My whole life is quirky

I do that too...only I have my smaller bills in front. Maybe it's not such a strange quirk?

I actually don't do that with my books and CD's and stuff, just my cash. It's weird.

I also find myself straightening out stuff at stores, probably because I've worked so long at a store myself! I only seem to do that with food products or OTC drugs and stuf.

I used to do this very obsessive compulsive thing- for about a year I'd count the syllables in sentences people have just said- sumtimes I'd even count them with my feet (putting the toes to the top of my shoe for one syllable, down for the next- odd or even number of syllables!)- it was quite crazy.

When I answer a question- if the person asking continues to look at me (there are people in my class who have blank stares anyway!) I just keep on talknig then- nervously, fumbling about as though to say 'please now, just go away and leave me alone!'

I agree completely.

Does this make us obsessive-compulsive??

DVDs -- must facing the same way, but my quirk is that all of my WB DVDs (damn different cases) must be next to eachother. Ohh and, my Disney movies should be near eachother, ohh and anything with a sequel should be right next to the movie.
Ohh and, all of my TVDVDs are next to eachother, but on a different shelf.
This same sort of thing goes for video games and books too.

I mentioned this once before in another thread, but it fits here:

My roommate and I always get the same exact catalogs, but I only read the one with my name on the label. I won't look at his.
Even if by some fluke he gets one and I know I will probably get the same catalog the next day I will wait to look at the one with my name on the label.

Somebody please lock me up fo my own good.

OMG....I do that too!

And my DVD's MUST be lined up alphabetically, from bottom to top (I have a standalone DVD tower -- it only fits DVD's, not VHS tapes). My tapes have to be in numerical order (Vicki Lawrence #1 on the left to Vicki Lawrence #20 on the right) and all my VHS movies have to have the front of their cardboard boxes facing to the right, and the front of the video cassette must be in the front when I slide it back in. I also straighten out my DVD's when I'm putting them back in their cases so the proper side is facing me...

I just thought of another one. You know how sometimes cars have silver outer hubcaps and when they fall off, the black ones are underneath? For some reason, those creep me out - I have to hold my breath every time I pass a car where all 4 of its outer hubcaps fell off...

Didn't a guy on Cheers that Diane was dating do something like this?? That's damn impressive if you can do it.

Well I have to check my purse like 10 times a day to make sure my car keys are in there.

So do I.
I have to have the cups, plates, and bowls in a certain order.
Also my silverware. Also the towels on the shelf. As for money
I don't know if you guys noticed that dollar bills have the letters
of the alphabet on them. I like to put them in alphabetical order.
I also like the smaller to larger bils in order.
I thought I was the only one who did that. lol
