Default Finally!

Having people e-mail me with wanting to get in touch with Joher is an iffy thing for me now, so I was trying to think of what to do to avoid that. I finally came up with a solution. Obviously, I was not going to give out his real address, but there was a thing on Angelfire where you can make up an address for the site, and anything e-mailed to that gets forwarded to his real address.

His joher365.com e-mail is (easily) joher@joher365.com

So, no more awkwardness with trying to get people in touch with him!

Surprisingly...he e-mailed me back!

I thought he hated me, but hey. He told me that he wants nothing to do with the website anymore, and that I can do whatever I want with it again. (He also thinks we should stop communicating from here on...this time, for good). He also had some last words of wisdom and advice for me. However, there's no point in me working on the joher365 one anymore (what does it have to do with me, specifically? and also, with full-time work and this film, and prepping for grad school, I have no time nor energy nor drive to work on it anymore.)

I told him to stop paying for it monthly, because it'd be a waste of money. I guess http://www.joher365.com/ will cease to exist. Bittersweet, in a way, but all good things must come to an end.

However, my "HOTC" site will live on!!

ETA: I also mentioned our reunion/VHS/DVD plans for the show...though I know I won't hear from him again, I'm sure word will get around to the rest of the cast eventually.

I'm confused, or did I miss something lol? What happened - why did you think Joher hated you and you guys aren't talking anymore? Just curious, if you can't say, I totally understand and thats fine too. I'm just lost lol. I hope everything is good tho.

I first ended the relationship on bad terms (I told him straight up how I felt about his treatment about me), but ended up apologizing. I thought that he wasn't going to respond, yet he did, accepting my apology, yet still wanting to cease communication (and participation in the site). So we ended on good terms.

I know, I thought about saving the stuff, but to me, what's the point? If anyone wants the pictures from the site for their own personal use or for their HOTC sites, feel free to take them.

I am glad we ended on polite terms, but obviously, the fact that he definitely wants to cease communicating means that he wants nothing to do with me. (I screw up EVERY relationship with guys I LIKE. I don't know how...maybe I'm cursed? ) And also, continuing being candid, I feel he wants nothing to do with that site because I went back to standing my ground and I'm not his "slave" anymore.

It's unfair and manipulative what happened...and he finally had a reality check that he's not as popular as the show itself or the other individual characters that were on it. I wish him the best.

Aww so sorry to hear that things went bad and that he doesn't want to communicate or work on the site anymore. But glad that at least it ended on good terms in the end. And thats true, that at least you don't have to worry about it anymore or put up with the stress of it anymore. You did an awesome job with it and thanks so much for all the hard work you put into it for all of us fans tho! We really appreciate it! And good for you for standing your ground tho lol. It must have been hard and painful waht happened but hope your doing good and that things get better! And we're all here for ya hehe.

I'm still (for lack of a better term) "going through the motions" with the whole thing. I do need to save the articles and "Joher Speaks" somewhere. I don't think I'm going to save the pictures.

I am semi-frustrated because I put up with A LOT. I say "good terms," but I flip-flop once again and think I should've ceased communication after standing up for myself in the first place.

I couldn't deal with him belying everything he said (contradicting himself). He has this weird issue with "Saved by the Bell." Everytime he called (the 4 times he did), he used that same bill collector joke on me (the first time was funny, the rest were gratuitous). He called me "kiddo" and "young person." (I may be barely 23, but I am not a KID.) He talks about how he wants people to critique his acting, but gets defensive if it's not "bravo! excellent! outstanding! you deserve an award!" (Trust me, from my experience in that field, I am not easy on anyone...myself included.) Denies ever saying that he thought Leslie (Bega) was "hot" (hey, I don't make stuff like that up), etc, etc, etc.

And from here http://www.chandoo.com/askari/intro/index6.html
and here http://groups.google.com/groups?q=jo...ibm.com&rnum=1
I don't know what to make of him.

Thanks for everyone's support, and it will take me forever to heal and stop hitting myself over the head for the whole thing. And if any of y'all get in touch with your fave HOTC actor's, tread very lightly and don't get too personal with them!
