Jason,
Yes, it's true, but it's nothing to worry about. All DVD traders finalize their DVD-Rs. That's just part of the process of making DVDs. Confusing, I know. I didn't understand the jargon until I got a recorder myself. Jen

Jason,
No one would send you DVD-Rs that weren't finalized. That's just part of making a DVD. Unfinalized discs can only be played in the DVD recorder that recorded them. I have a Panasonic DVD player, too, and I haven't found a DVD that it couldn't play. VCDs play better on my Mintek, but the Panasonic is great for DVD-Rs. Jen

I have Panasonic multi-region, multi-format players too and they play EVERYTHING!! I've got dvd, dvd-r, dvd+r, dvd-ram discs and they all play, plus of course VCDs play as well. |
