I believe Fred and Lamont were trying to sell something, and Lamont says something to the effect of;
Our tax man has asked us to get an estimate for tax purposes

and Fred says; that's what Bubba said

They actually are talking about tax deductions at the library counter in the "Blind Mellow Jelly" ep., but I think the Bubba line came from the bank robbery ep., when the Sanfords are trying to get the loan from Mr. Phillips. Something to the effect of:

Mr. Phillips: Will this be a personal loan?

Lamont: No. Our tax man said it would be best to make it a business loan, for tax purposes.

Fred: That's what Bubba said?
