Default Leno or Letterman?

Which of these two late talk show hosts do you like better? I don't watch them too often because they are on when I go to bed but I have always liked Letterman. I used to watch episodes that my parents taped over ten years ago when I was in second and third grade. I like Leno for his opening monologues but that is sort of about it. (I like to listen to them when my local radio station airs part of them as part of their, "Last Night on The Tonight Show thing). I find Letterman a lot more entertaining.

Letterman. I've been watching him since his show followed Carson back in the day, and I've stuck with him. His brand of humor is just off kilter enough to make me a fan of his show. Leno never appealed to me, plus Letterman is here in NYC and you get to see alot of the city's sensibility with the on the street stuff he does on his show.

Letterman. Leno is a terrroristic bland host with no moral value. So LETTERMAN RULES!

Letterman. I've been a die-hard fan of his ever since I was old enough to sneak out of bed and watch his old NBC show.

Leno is lame. Dave should have gotten The Tonight Show after Johnny retired, and Jay should have kept making those awful Doritos commercials.

Crunch all you want, indeed, Jay. Crunch all you want, indeed.

I have to vote for Letterman.

Leno is getting somewhat tiring with his overused/recycled fat jokes and jokes about Kevin's (Eubanks) inability to, um *cough* well, you know...

hahaha
Leno's only good for his opening monolouge.
But Letterman owns his ass.
His show is much smarter, and much funnier.

But what sucks for me is that my local CBS comes in like ****, so I can hardly ever watch Letterman without getting a headache.

Yep. Every week night before I go to bed I watch his opening monologue then turn the TV off. Funny stuff. If Letterman had a better opening monologue his show would be perfect.

David Letterman, hands down. I've been a fan of his since he started out on NBC, and have been watching ever since. I like his goofy, "I don't take myself too seriously" attitude and his interviews are always worth seeing.

Letterman has always been my favorite. He doesn't suck up to his guests like Leno. His humor is smarter and sharper. Plus, that Dave/Oprah feud is hilarious.

After watch both a lot more lately.... Ive come to conclusion that Leno SUCKS.
Letterman's monolouge is much better, and Leno shake hands greeting the people is cheap.

Letterman has a better band/sidekick.... not to mention he's just plain funnier.
Everything about him is better.

You think Letterman's monologue is better? I always thought Jay's monologue was better, except for his fat jokes. His opening monologues never fail to make me laugh.

I like Letterman's show a lot better overall. He never takes anything seriously and that's why I love it. I also prefer his interviews over Jay's.
