Old School - "Superman" for Atari 2600
Modern stuff - "The Suffering" (Playstation 2 or Gamecube, I forget which console I played it on) "The Suffering" is probably the most twisted game I have ever played. Honorable mention - Any of the "Medal of Honor" games.
