it has been announced several times that the second season was supposed to be released in May, yet no store has any information on the set, and we cannot pre order. Does anyone have any information about what is going on?

Aparently it has been pushed back for a Fall release!!! Doesn't that suck? I am so mad!

are you positive?? Cause on Lucy-Desi.com they said it would be out on May 11th.

Yup, here's what Tom Watson wrote in the April 12th newsletter on www.lucyfan.com:

Dear Fellow Lucy Fans,

"Lucy" DVDs Delayed

Upcoming DVD box sets of both I Love Lucy and Here's Lucy have been delayed.

According to I Love Lucy DVD producer Gregg Oppenheimer, the Paramount Home Video boxed set of "I Love Lucy: The Complete Second Season," originally announced for release on May 11, will be delayed -- but probably for only a few weeks. (Fans who purchase the discs through Columbia House subscription series are already receiving season 3 episodes!)
