Has anyone ever visited the house they used for the show? I checked online a while ago and they said it was somewhere in the Mid West. Anyone ever really been to Third Ave and Delaware St?

There's also a corner of Delaware and Third in Evansville, Indiana, which is where some pepole say the show's exteriors -- the Conner house and the Lobo Lounge, etc. -- were shot on still film. I looked it up yesterday in the Evansville phone book that the Toledo-Lucas County Library system's main branch has a copy of (it's in Ohio).

I found the corner of 3rd and Deleware in Evansville, IN. There is a 714 Delaware street, but it's down the road from 3rd street. But there is a 714 3rd Street and it's right at the corner of 3rd and Delaware. I have a two pictures of the two locations that are from Streets and Tips.

Ignore the previous message, I remembered it was Edgar street and there is an Edgar street in Evansville, near 714 Delaware and 714 3rd. There's a place called Bullock's Tavern on Edgar Street that might possibly be "The Lobo"

I keep asking my parents if sometime we could go to Evansville so I could take pictures and everything. I wouldnt know where to look for Rodbells and Jackie's apartment because we never hear the addresses or see the street names.

I would go but i live in Dallas Tx and that is a 10 hour drive! I wond if the house looks the same any more?

on another message board, some one visited the house during an auction..and got a few things from the house...he took some exterior shots and compared them to the ones on the show.. he also drew out a floorplan of the house...here is the link where you can look at the pictures..

On the other message board (TVTome, incase you're wondering) the guy who took the pictures sais that the house looked pretty bad inside and got sold for around 55,000 dollars. He also said that the owner was payed 500 dollars for the exterior shots

On another traed someone said someone worked on the show and that is how they got the pic's. I cloud be wrong!

The writer of the show grew up in Evansville, they payed the owner of the house (who had nothing to do with the show) $500 to take pictures of her house for the show.
The other exterior shots came from there also, the Lobo (according to the link above) is now Top Of The Town, Wellman Plastics was Kent Plastics, etc...

i was looking at the pic the guy took and i notice one of the pics (the 3rd one) said that house is at 619 S Runnymeade, Evansville, IN so the house is on 619 S Runnymeade, Evansville, IN and i also like to get his email so i can ask him about the pics Dose any body know about it???????
