Remix Of The Themesong - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Has anyone heard the Relient K remix of the Charles In Charge theme? I stumbled upon it the other day and think it's hilarious. It's short, only 2:39, and the beginning part is the usual lyrics (Charles in charge / of our days...) and then it goes into something original:

Just thought I'd share this interesting tidbit.

Not a remix, just a cover of it. Also, thats Willie Aames talking in it by phone.

its a remix of the song...they changed most of the song but kept the main part of charles in charge of our days and our nights...etc

This is really demented, but some group in the late 90's wrote a song about Charles Manson using the theme to Chalres In Charge as a starting point. I read this in some magazine about two years ago.

i read on another board that some guy started a rock band and called it bloody lembeck...lol

Again the relient k version of the theme to Charles in Charge is not a remix. A remix is when you take the original recording of a song and change elements of that recording in the studio.

All Relient K did is just cover the song. They performed it themselves in an all new recording, and their recording has none of the recorded elements from either original recorded version of the Charles in Charge theme.
