In the episode "The Return", when John-Boy and Grandpa were in the mine, and when Grandpa reaches his hand through the dirt wall, John-Boy asks "what is it?", you will hear a sound that sounds like someone passing gas. I'm not trying to be disgusting or anything like that, but it's true. I was just wondering who did it? John-Boy or Grandpa?

My guess would be Grandpa. John Boy seems like too much of a goody two shoes to pass gas. Grandma shouldn't have made baked beans for dinner.

I have to agree with you, and thank you for replying. It seems some people think I'm being disgusting or disrespectful to the Walton's, but I'm not, It's my fav show! If everyone would watch that episode, they would hear it too, and probably laugh their heads off, I know me and my wife did, and still do. You're right, John-Boy does seem a little goody goody to do something like that. Grandpa should have laid off the beans. HA HA

It couldn't have been Grandma's baked beans -- she wasn't in that episode because she was all stroked out by that time.
