Todd bridges was in it and he was real cute, but the other children were absolutely horrifc especially this fat, obnoxious brat (forgot his name) that were part of the Fish's Group Home...But I would love to see the Demond Wilson sitcom..Baby, I'm back...

I never saw Out Of The Blue but I did see that Happy Days episode that was a crossover.

fish was actually syndicated in the late 70s. i remember watching it in afternoon reruns. strange for a show that only ran a year and a half and is considered a classic by almost no one.

i barely remember fish. they had all those kids and the wife was kind of a sourpuss. i never cared for barney miller when i was younger, but watching it as an adult with some perspective it is very droll. i think some shows are like that. this show wasn't made for young viewers so i didn't like it when it was on originally because i was too young to get the jokes.

Same Here!!! I HATED Barney Miller when I was a child, I used to run out of the room screaming when my parents had it on; but it is one of my favorites now, probably partically due to the fact that I am a fan of Ron Glass (Det. Harris) if he was not on the show, then maybe I wouldnt find it so appealling, but back to the statement that Solomon made about the show Fish; it was a lot worse than Barney Miller, the characters were weak and it only became a spin-off because of the large ego of Abe Vigoda who couldnt carry a show as a the main lead...
