Post Season One

Why don't most people like season 1? I
have a general idea why, but I'm just
curious to know why some people don't
like that season.

The story lines were sooooo boring and didn't have a point. Way too many things happened at once. There were too many characters, that I found soooo annoying, and there was always someone complaining about something and whining in the background, or getting mad cuz they didn't get their way. Oh ya, and Nancy wasn't in it.

Well, i don't hate it COMPLETELY but it is defitley on my list of unfaviorte seasons. Like Adele said...a lot of the story lines were boring, and really didn't have a point. Like "rough housing" i thought that was the sillest/dumbest episode!! I'm suprised FOL was able to make it to season 2 w/ that as their start. But it did have some good epsidoes amongest the bad..."Adoption" was a good episode, and had an actual point, along with "Facts of Love".

Wanna buy/trade eps. of FOL then visit my site @ http://www.expage.com/foltapetrader and give me a e-mail!!

Teddy Is Hott!! --pretty plain and simple. I cannot tell a lie--Teddy is ALL mine!!

Blair: Hold it, you ruined my watch.
Jo: No I didn't, it's a stop watch...it stopped

Blair: Jo, you've got some power, but you're not wearing it right. You don't want to
throw it onlike a motorcycle jacket, you want to slip it on, like a negligee.
Jo: I'm not doin' anything weird!!!

Natalie: She's always saying what a great kid you are.
Andy: Kid?
Natalie: Guy. Did i say kid? Why would i say kid? Man. She said man!

2. really juvenile storylines

4. bad actors (in some cases, not all)

No Nancy.

------------------
On April 24, 2008 Kaley and I are going too meet in LA, and hancuff ourselfs too Nancy McKeons car, or better yet her! And your not! Were also gonna find Jay Harrington too.

Teddy: Be honest with me, not my parents!
Jinny: All right, fine. You want honesty? Why don't you let me tell you a little bit about my family? See, I never really had a birthday party unless you wanna count my 15th, when my father showed up for cake, plastered in his underwear! Oh, yeah, by the way, my mom couldn't make it that year either because, well, sadly, six months earlier she blew her brains out!!!!!
Teddy: Jinny, my God.
Jinny: As for my brother, uh yeah, John... see, he just doesn't like you unless your American, white, and straight! and for me, a few weeks ago when I had that nut case after me... yeah, I had to make a little list, of all the guys that I've slept with in the last two years. I couldn't remember some of their names.
Teddy:Stop! What are you...
Jinny: Ya know what? This is who I am, THIS IS MY FAMILY!!!! Come on, it's your turn. You go ahead, flash that all-American, prep school, choir boy smile and you tell me that it doesn't matter! *long pause* Yeah... Thats what I thought.

~DANA JINNY EXSTEAD ~

The Dana parts Real... The rest i stuck in there for fun.

Question

I didn't hate it. It just wasn't my fave although I don't really have a fave season because my favorite character is Mrs.Garrett!I think the episodes did have a story line though.I can see the plot even if some people can't!Although, when I first starting watching(Like if you just see one episode)It's hard to keep track of who's who!

I understand what you're all saying. It's
just, not only on this message board, but
alot of other sites, not to many people
liked season 1. I'm glad there are some
people that like season 1, that's no disrespect to the people that aren't to
fond of it.

I thought season 1 was ok, worse then some, and better then the last 2 seasons. The story-lines were pretty crappy, but the supporting actresses were very cool.

I thought mrs. garret was horrible in season one(although it was one of my favorite seasons) mrs. garret still had an accent from diffrent strokes, she gave horrible advice, she was always being told what to do, her hair was too big and too light, she was as big as a balloon
then there was season two
confident, more independent, skinnier, in more control, the words/lines that came out of her mouth were compelling, thought provoking and intelligent...

Season one had Blair in a lot of REALLY skimpy outfits--SHORT SHORT SHORT SHORTS!!!!

NANCY in tight, tight, tight, tight, pants!!!

did Cindy wear a bra in season one???????

TOOT AND NAT were sooooooooooooo cool in season one. Natalie's self-absement humor really worked. natalie, in my opinion, was the only real character in season one-she wasn't fake or stuck up and she could laugh at herself

Sue Ann was the victim--the pot smoker, the poor farm girl, the girl who would starve herself even though she had a SUPERMODEL figure...sue ann was good at dissing Blair(what Jo's character took over doing in season two)

I THINK IT WAS HILARIOUS THAT THEY MADE gucci-bag BLAIR work in the cafeteria!!!
HOW befitting...
