...one of the episodes wasn't about the Douglases, it was about this woman working as a secretary for a real estate firm, who was living with her sister and brother-in-law in New York? It had a "Green Acres" connection in that she was Olivers former secretary, and in one scene, he was talking to her on the phone.

Was this an unsold pilot for a spinnoff series, or what? Anyone Know?

That was one of the last two episodes, and was a pilot for a possible new series (that never materialized).

Elaine Joyce was the secretary, Mrs. Bellows from "I Dream of Jeannie" was her sister and Richard Deacon was her boss.
