Cool Goodbye Milwaukee!Hello California!

Maybe it's just me,but the gang's move to California seemed to happen quite suddenly. What I mean is,just after what became their last season in Milwaukee, the next season opened with the girls recieving a long distance phone call from Frank and Edna, who{right before our eyes it seemed}had moved to California to open a new eatery. This episode ended with the girls moving out of their trademark basement brownstone apartment, and hitching a ride with Lenny and Squiggy to their new life in California, after having quit their job at Shotz Brewery. From there the rest of the series took place in Burbank California. The thing I found strange about this particular episode was how we never actually saw Frank and Edna leave for California. There had been no indication of their departure from Milwaukee in previous episodes.Unless I had missed a few details along the way.Not only that, but it seems we never knew whatever became of The Pizza Bowl.

What I noticed was Frank and Edna bought 'Dead Lazlo's Place' restaurant from Lenny and Squiggy in the next to last episode of the 5th season and then in the first episode of the 6th season, they were in California. I always thought they must have bought and re-sold it in a hurry. But then I also noticed Frank and Edna were married in the 5th season and then in the 6th season, they were celebrating their 5th wedding anniversary!
