Marathon Information Schedule TBA Marathon Schedule: Saturday, May 2nd 7:00pm - #001- "300 FEET BELOW" When Flipper's antics cause a biologist to be stung by a scorpion fish, Porter Ricks closes the park. 7:30pm - #003- "THE GULF BETWEEN" Flipper helps save the life of a man barely alive following a shark attack. 8:00pm - #011- THE LIFE GUARD" Flipper becomes a lifeguard, saving a woman from a shipwreck, and her husband from an accident. Flipper leads Bud to a beach where Lynn Borden lies semi-conscious after falling out of a boat 20 miles at sea. Speculation that Flipper had towed her the whole 20 miles leads Porter and Lynn's husband Carl to test Flipper's ability to be a lifeguard. When Carl is involved in an accident at sea, Flipper has a chance to prove himself. 8:30pm - #013- "MONEY TO BLOW" Flipper finds money in a shipwreck and Bud is surprised to learn it's counterfeit. Difficulties occur when Flipper finds money in an underwater shipwreck and brings it to Bud. Bud goes on a spending spree, buying himself everything he ever wanted, as well as gifts for Sandy and Porter. The real trouble starts when the money turns out to be counterfeit. The shipwreck has been rigged to explode by the counterfeiters, and Porter must rescue his sons who have returned to retrieve more money. Sunday, May 3rd 7:00pm - #014- "LOVE AND SANDY" Sandy embarks on two adventures - to win Bonnie's affection and to find her lost performing seal. 7:30pm - #016- "CITY BOY" Sandy and a city boy get stuck in a ship wreck and Flipper goes for help as the boys run out of air. 8:00pm - #020- "DANGER" On a fishing trip, Bud and Sandy climb aboard an abandoned boat that's about to be blown up. 8:30pm - #021- "THE WHITE DOLPHIN" After being missing for three days, Flipper returns to Coral Key Park with a most unusual friend -- an amazing albino dolphin. Porter Ricks discovers that some locals are attempting to trap the while dolphin to sell to poachers, and enlists the Miami Seaquarium's help. An exciting Chase ensues between the poachers and the rescue team from the Seaquarium to capture the rare dolphin. Monday, May 4th 7:00pm - #025- "SAILOR BUD" When Bud botches an attempt to rescue and injured man and his wife, Flipper rescues all three. 7:30pm - #026- "DEEP WATERS" Porter is trapped in a submarine 150 feet under water and Flipper is his only hope of rescue. 8:00pm - #027- "THE CALL OF THE DOLPHIN" A scientist creates artificial dolphin cries to lure Flipper out to sea with the hopes of capturing him. Flipper, attracted by the sound of a school of dolphins, heads out to sea, against the efforts of Porter, Sandy and Bud. Only when they learn that the sounds are coming from a submarine manned by Dr. Kellwin, a scientist who looks to use Flipper in his experiment. 8:30pm - #034 - "FLIPPER AND THE MERMAID" Flipper finds a new friend when he rescues an oceanographer from a barracuda. Scientist Ulla Norstand needs help again when she is rapped underwater by a sunken buoy. Tuesday, May 5th 7:00pm - #037- "FLIPPER IN PURSUIT" Part I The Ricks family is marooned on a deserted island when a fugitive steals their motor launch. When the criminal captures Ulla and takes her submarine, hope of rescue is dim. 7:30pm - #038- "FLIPPER IN PURSUIT Part II" In the conclusion to this two-part adventure, Flipper leads Porter Ricks to his stolen launch, the fugitive, and his prisoner Ulla. In the confrontation, the fugitive pulls a gun and threatens Ulla's life. 8:00pm - #043- "FLIPPER AND THE SHARK CAGE" Bud attempts to earn money for a birthday present for his dad by raising and selling an iron shark cage he found while scuba diving. He becomes trapped in the cage, however, and three lives are in jeopardy when Porter and Sandy attempt a rescue with nearly-empty air tanks. 8:30pm - #044- "ALLIGATOR DUEL" Two unscrupulous film makers kidnap Flipper to film him battling two starving alligators. Held prisoner, Bud witnesses the attack and jumps into the middle of the fray to save his pet. Wednesday, May 6th 7:00pm - #045- "DOLPHIN LOVE"- Pt. 1 Romance blossoms between Flipper and a female dolphin, but Flipper must rescue her when she is mistaken for a shark and speared by Ted Marlowe. Porter comes to her aid, removing the spear and carrying her to surgery on his launch. 7:30pm - #046- "DOLPHIN LOVE"- Pt. 2 In part two of this drama, Flipper, distraught over his girlfriend's injuries, seeks retaliation against Ted Marlowe, the man who mistook her for a shark and speared her. As the Ricks and Flipper await news of the dolphin's condition, Marlowe worries about his punishment for hunting inside the park. 8:00pm - #049- "FLIPPER JOINS THE NAVY" Pt. 1. A Navy trained dolphin has suffered a nervous breakdown, and a stay with Flipper at Coral Key Park is believed to be the antidote. But a half million dollar Navy project is in jeopardy when Tough Guy breaks out of his pen and runs away. 8:30pm - #050- "FLIPPER JOINS THE NAVY" Pt. 2. n the conclusion of this two-part story, the Navy and Coast Guard launch an extensive search for the missing dolphin. Tough Guy is finally found trapped on a reef where Bud and Flipper must save him before the tide comes in. Thursday, May 7th 7:00pm - #059- "THE LOBSTER TRAP" Bud's bad judgment endangers Flipper when he discovers some classmates setting lobster traps before the season. Instead of reporting the problem, Bud and Flipper attempt to remove the traps themselves and a rock slide traps Flipper in a cave. 7:30pm - #065- "CUPID FLIPPER" Sandy is heartbroken when his new girlfriend develops a crush on Porter. His sadness turns to anger when, viewing them from a distance, he mistakenly thinks he sees them embrace. 8:00pm - #072- "FLIPPER AND THE FUGITVE" Part 1 When Flipper tows home a damaged skiff and its passenger, who turns out to be a bank robber. The fugitive holds Porter and Sandy at gunpoint, but Bud is able to warn Flipper before he, too, is taken prisoner. 8:30pm - #073- "FLIPPER AND THE FUGITVE" Part 2 Porter and the boys are held hostage by a bank robber, and Flipper swims for help. Unable to summon assistance, the dolphin fouls the nets of a local fishing boat, bringing the fishermen to the Rick's home for compensation and the hope of rescue. Friday, May 8th 7:00pm - #076- "DOLPHINS DON'T SLEEP" A hunter's tranquilizer dart puts Flipper into a deathly slumber. He must be injected with the antidote before he drowns, so Bud and Sandy promise their pet to the hunter to enlist his help in locating the dolphin. 7:30pm - #079- "FLIPPER AND THE PUPPY" A puppy is abandoned on board a sailboat when it's owner is taken ashore with the bends. Flipper tows the dog to an island with a life ring, but has difficulty communicating the pup's whereabouts to his human friends. 8:00pm - #083- "LOST DOLPHIN" Flipper suffers amnesia when he hits his head on Bud's boat. Not recognizing Bud, he fails to help when Bud is stranded on a buoy surrounded by sharks. 8:30pm - #086- THE MOST EXPENSIVE SARDINE IN THE WORLD A wealthy visitor to Coral Key Park accidentally drops a diamond bracelet overboard while feeding Flipper. Convinced Flipper swallowed the gem, the woman gets a court order to restrain the dolphin. Bud must disobey the courts to release Flipper and find the bracelet. Both "I Love Lucy" and "The Andy Griffith Show" are schedule to join the family-friendly Prime-Time schedule sometime in the future. Currently, both shows are unavailable to be aired. We have no plans to add "Make Room For Daddy" in our line-up. |
