Has anyone ever heard that game? If it's the right name, it means you post a funny (or not funny) picture (of Full House) and people write silly or dumb things they might be thinking.

They can be a bit insulting too. I think it's easier if they are silly/insulting rather than just nice quotes. They're funnier that way!
