CATE BANISHES C.J. FROM THE HOUSE AFTER DISCOVERING THAT BRIDGET ATTENDED HIS COLLEGE KEGGER PARTY, AND JIM IS FORCED TO TAKE HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE TEST WITH KERRY, ON ABC'S "8 SIMPLE RULES"

"C.J.'s Party" -- After discovering that Bridget lied about her whereabouts in order to attend C.J.'s college kegger party, Cate grounds Bridget and banishes C.J. from the house. Meanwhile, Jim is forced to take a written driver's test with Kerry after he's pulled over for reckless driving and carrying an expired license, on "8 Simple Rules," TUESDAY, APRIL 20 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

"8 Simple Rules" stars Katey Sagal as Cate Hennessy, Kaley Cuoco as Bridget Hennessy, Amy Davidson as Kerry Hennessy, Martin Spanjers as Rory Hennessy, with James Garner as Jim and David Spade as C.J.

Guest starring are Nikki D. Hayden as Jenna Sharpe, Sarah Domin as Heather, Erik von Detten as Erik, Cristina Wichtrich as Haley, Joe Thornton Jr. as policeman and Rhomeyn Johnson as instructor.

"C.J.'s Party" was written by Paul Ciancarelli & David DiPietro and directed by James Widdoes.

"8 Simple Rules" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound.

This program carries a TV-PG parental guideline.

To take the time and find all this info takes work. It's much appreciated. I have not had time to watch on the reguar basis hope the show continues. I know they brought David Spade and James Garner in for comical purposes that Katy's character could not bring. Don't get me wrong, I KNOW she has the gift to be funny because she played a woman who made us laugh for 11 years on FOX. But for her character on "8" it might be over the top. I give props to Katey. I like her style on the show and in Katey herself.

I saw the ep because i've always thought Erik Von Detten was HOT anyways if anyone knows where I can get screen caps of that particular ep can you let me know Please *begs* thanks

I missed this episode because I had my VCR clock set wrong. Was it good? I hope they replay it sometime.

I loved it...Katey had some funny parts written in. I love how they like to focus on her.

It was halarious!The ending suprised me.I always thought that the teenager passes and the adult fails

Yeah, I thought this episode was particularly funny. I love how they've kept Rory's monkey obsession from season 1, too.
