I have a bet on the EXACT wording of Jim's line:

"What does a yellow light mean?"

A friend quotes it as "What do you do at a yellow light?"

$20 says Im right.

Which episode is the line from??

How can I prove it to him?

Can anyone help?

IMHO, that is one of the funniest sitcom episodes of all-time

I wish we had more sitcoms like Taxi, Cheers, and Wings on the air. We need them.
