Mine would be John Carpenter's remake of The Thing from '82
Great movie, a creepy feeling of isolation and mistrust throughout and incredible special effects by Rob Bottin (and not to mention, tons of gore!) |

My favorite is definately Starwars.
Its got compelling heros, cool space ships, light sabers, robots, and aliens. Everything that makes science fiction cool. |
