Did Mindy ever wear braces on the show? I thought I saw them in the epsisode, "Running" and some other episodes in the first season...

Everyone recognises Tootie with dental braces, then why was Mindy Cohn's wearing of braces an unknown fact? How did Mindy Cohn even wear braces? There is no photographic proof of this.
