Question TVLand/Nick-at-Nite?

So.... what's happening? I guess it wasn't the case of TV Land airing Three's Company on their lineup.

It's been confirmed the show will not return to Nick @ Nite, but I expected an announcement of its arrival to TV Land by now. I really hope the wait is not too much longer. With the announcement of The Addams Family coming to TV Land this June, I was a little disappointed. I don't have anything against The Addams Family, I was just hoping that the new show coming in June with a 48 hour marathon was going to be Three's Company. The Season 2 DVD release is getting pretty close, but I would still like to catch seasons 3 - 8 on TV from time to time while waiting for their DVD releases.

Well TC has been on N@N since 2000 so no TC fan can really be that upset. especially if you had a VCR and recorded all the eps like me-LOL

As for vouging for myself, it's not the episodes themselves and whether or not I have them on tape. I have them all. It's just the idea of Three's Company episodes airing on TV to watch them is pretty special. Or for those who haven't had a chance to record them yet.

I will admit it was convient for me to turn to N@N at 1am when i was ge ready for bed. Now if i want to watc a TC ep, i have to go through my collection and look for certain tapes.

Mainly, there is just something special about it airing on television. Even after all 8 seasons of the show are released on DVD, I will still want to see the show airing on TV. I doubt Three's Company will ever disappear from syndication and shows like it will always be getting new generations of fans. I just want to see Three's Company back on TV now!

I agree with you 1000%!

There IS something just special about its TV syndication airing. Such as every evening is a surprise of what episode we get, regardless whether or not we have it on DVD, VHS, DVR, etc. It's the whole excitedness behind the airings on TV.

It would only be exciting if the eps were UNCUT and that way i could have seen Jack and CHrissys phone scene. But It's still nice to see it on TV.

And having nationally televised eps every night gives us all more to talk about!

TV Land & N@N really dropped the ball when they first started showing 3's Co.

when they edited the show.. just to add another commercial break.. NOW taking it off to put on boring tv shows.. OR showing it at 1 am

thank god they are all coming out on dvd

I agree because it's still 3 Chrissy Phones scenes I have not seen including the one between Chrissy and Jack due the EDITING of EPS!!
