PRIME is a channel in Canada. If you live near Milwaukee, you might be able to get a few Canadian channels on cable, but I doubt that PRIME is one of them. Your best bet might be to cross the border and ask about getting a Canadian satellite dish, either ExpressVu or StarChoice. The cheapest route might be to call a friend or relative in Canada and have them tape it for you.
