May 2 When a child is snatched from a foster home by her recovering drug addict mother, the inspectors fear the worst. When the police officer who originally investigated the crime returns to assist the Division, all wonder whether the woman's memory will return and allow her to identify her assailant? Or if the assailant, who was never caught, will get to her first.
