Bill is right up there with Brian Hackett (Wings) and Homer Simpson (The Simpsons) on my list of favorite sitcom characters. Everything he says and does is so funny Some of my favorite Bill McNeal moments... the poker game episode- "You carry your contract around with you?" "Right now, it doesn't seem so crazy, does it!" the Titanic spoof- "I have a heart condition and I'm a woman!" the mental hospital- Him running away from the police was so funny. Jumper- "That's not what you said when I wanted to borrow $550 from you." Smoking- "Where were you when I was up at 3 AM watching Steel Magnolias and crying my eyes out?"
