There was a sitcom that aired in the 70's and I have a distinct memory of a person living in an apartment and the door had about 6 locks on it.
I don't remember very much about it at all except that the door was on the right side of the apartment and there was a big to-do about the person having to go through and unlock all six locks and then lock them back when someone entered or left the apartment. I can't tell you if the occupant was male or female. The only thing I really remember well about it is that there were all different kinds of locks, chain locks, deadbolts that had to be turned, key locks, etc. I don't know if this is unique to one episode or if it was something that happened often on the show. I hope this is enough for some dedicated tv fan to remember what show I'm describing. I am going crazy because I can't figure this out on my own. Thanks! |

The Kotter's apartment had a lot of locks . That's the only one I can think of!

I remember it but I'm having a hard time coming up with a name. I'll keep thinking.
