Default Full House - Ep1 - Ep 192 beginning next week on ABC Fam?

On ABC Family, the last episode of the final season is scheduled for next week. Are they going to rerun the every season, starting with episode 1, again?

I'm looking forward to that. I'll have to record season 1 on ABC Family. But I have the first three episodes on tape includes "Our Very First Show" (from WPIX except the diaper changing scene was not edit), "Our Very First Night" and "The First Day of School" (both are from VT4 with Dutch subtitles). Thank you, ABC Family!

I just know ABC Family will have edits and interruptings, but they are pretty good about extended themes and extras here and there that Nick-at-Nite don't show. I'm excited about seasons 1 and 2 on ABC Family because I haven't seen them there yet!!

The Pilot has the full version of the theme song. The second episode has the shortened version. Those are the only episodes ABC Family has shown from Season 1 and 2(outside of that Christmas episode from Season 2 which had the shortened version).

Hmmm. Looks like I'll have to get back to the dorm by 12 next Monday in order to watch that one. Lol.

I have the episode called "Our Very First Show" I copied off of WPIX, channel 11 last year that the show was unedited including the syndicated opening. ABC Family did show the extended opening and edited out the changing diaper scene, WPIX does not cut out.

I noticed three other edits on the past syndicated versions:

1. The very beginning after the intro where the grandma walks down the stairs, and Danny says, "Girls. Come here and say goodby to grandma." Then, she hugs each girl and after they hug grandma, they walk around her around and around. Then Danny talks a bit with the grandma. For some reason, I have missed the very beginning of "Our Very First Show" on Nick-at-Nite, so I don't know if it shows this scene. I remember on WGN and TBS where it just cuts to where the girls say "bye, grandma" and she walks out the door and Stephanie hangs on to the door.

2. The Nick-at-Nite version doesn't show the scene when Stephanie gets on Danny's back and tells DJ, "See, I told you I would find a way out of this room."

3. The very end when the family is singing "The Flintstones" theme to Michelle. The whole part of the last half of the song is missing and misses where Stephanie yells "Wilma!" at the very end.

Are there any shows which show an extended theme on any of the current channels besides ABC Family's "Our Very First Show", and "The Apartment"?

Either way, I'll record the pilot episode, and maybe post a high quality clip later. I always wanted a high quality clip of the first season opener.

Hmmm. I thought I did remember seeing that scene on Nick-at-Nite, but maybe I'm thinking of a different channel. I'll have to check on that again.

For the record, is the scene with Danny talking to Grandma restored on ABC Family? I did try to download that ep from the olsen-twins webiste and I did see that scene, but I wonder if it's shown on TV anywhere.

I wonder why no one has commented on ABC Family's airing today (unless I'm the only one who's seen/recorded it? . Well, the above scenes I listed a few days ago definitely DID air on ABC Family including that first-season extended intro as some people here mentioned.

The only two scenes not aired were:

1. The entire Joey-and-Jesse-changing-diaper scene!! I remember someone mentioned that here, but when I saw it, I was just amazed how stupid that was! Back when I first saw FH in 1987, I would peg that scene as being THE FH scene! It was pure classic and ABC Family stripped it from airing? What a dumb decision, in my book!

2. Right before the family sings to Michelle at the end, it's missing the scene where Jesse tells Michelle, "Say uncle Jesse" and she squeals. The way ABC Family edited it, it makes no sense and seems confusing to those who have never seen this episode because Jesse just says "Starting tomorrow you're using the toilet like everyone!"

Well, that was the lowdown.

There MIGHT be, but I haven't seen it if there is. My suggestion is to tape the Pilot since we KNOW it has the extended theme.

I like oldest episodes a lot better than the latest episodes. The plots were a lot better.

I have the WPIX copy of "Our Very First Show". The entire Joey-and-Jesse-changing-diaper-scene was not edit. The ending where Jesse tells baby Michelle, "Say uncle Jesse" with squealing was also not edit. Does ABC Family showed "Happy Birthday Babies (Part I)" where they did the same changing diaper scene was either cut or uncut during Michelle's flashbacks?
