Default Dee and peanut butter

Were y'all ever addicted to something like that? Looking back on it, how can anyone just eat PB out of the jar. Granted, I've tried it before, but all the time? I could eat pickles out of a jar, but no Peter Pan.

I used to eat it out of the jar as a kid and teenager. Some people use it like a dip and put celery, carrots etc in the jar.

Dee was funny because she always had that scowl on her face. Did she ever laugh on this show? I knew kids like that. I remember the commercial where she told the director bluntly that the hamburger was made from jackass meat. I cried with laughter watching that one.

Default You know what!!!

Damn, did she ever laugh? You're right about that. That was a good one. I've seen her smile as she turned older. How about Little Earl's first appearance when he called her "baby".

I haven't seen this show in a minute (in years) so I don't remember the scene all that well. She always had that bored to death look on her face, but you could tell underneath that she had some vulnerable qualities.

As for peanut butter, it doesn't really stick to the top of your mouth unless you have some type of braces i guess. There used to be a children's educational show called The Electric Company that was similar to Sesame Street. In one sketch Morgan Freeman played a Shaft type secret agent who sits down to make himself a peanut butter sandwich and turns on his hi fi radio. The Mission Impossible music comes on and the radio begins to give him a top secret mission which he can't respond to because his mouth is stuck with the peanut butter. This was a hilarious skit. Morgan Freeman was a very versalite actor, but he hates saying he was on that kiddies show because it wasn't considered serious acting.

jamesanthony, you must have some years on you to remember the Electric Company!

I never hate peanut butter out of the jar but I did eat pickles! It was fun "fishing" them out of the jar!

Hey Marvin.

I'm 37. The Electric Company was THE SHOW. I learned how to read off of that, not from school. They had high caliber actors in it too like Bill Cosby who used his year acting on it as credit towards his phD in education.

Dee did laugh in the Burger Queen episode as a matter of fact. It wasn't a scripted laugh either.

There was really no need for Dee to laugh. She would smile occasionally (like when she was insulting Rerun), but most of the time she was messing with Raj.
