What shows are owned by Image Entertainment??


The company responsible for releasing every season of The Dick Van Dyke Show within a year without a doubt the best special features on any classic TV DVD.

I hope that other shows will follow this pattern and be released on DVD quickly, uncut, with great picture quality, and superb special features.


But the only problem is.... Im not sure which shows this company owns the rights to.

But the only problem is.... Im not sure which shows this company owns the rights to.

The Dick Van Dyke Show is a Paramount/Viacom show. Image Entertainment is a DVD/video company, like how Anchor Bay Entertainment is. They don't own any shows, they just strike deals with major companies, like Paramount to make DVD's. I believe Dick Van Dyke is their only major release. Wonder why Paramount themselves didn't do these like they did with their other shows like Cheers and I Love Lucy. Oh well, like you said, Image Entertainment has done a nice job with these.
