Thumbs down Still blackballed after all these years!

Poor man. Why IS IT that a man must suffer from stardom (one who, by the way, totally DESERVES stardom) for the past 21 years just because he accidently allowed himself on an absolute complete CURSE of a TV show? A show which wasn't even HIS FAULT that it was, in fact, the absolute worst TV show of all-time?? In fact, this man (a real, real funny one; chiefly of Donny Most inspiration, shall I say - but with his very own and even better style nonetheless) was THE ONLY BRIGHT SPOT on this otherwise ultra-horrid excuse for a TV show! He, as of course you all know, is Robert 'Bingo' Pierce - lost comedy legend/hidden funnyman of our era! He started out with so damn much promise! He was well on his way! Anyone who elects to explore/study his early body of work (before he made THE BIG MISTAKE, that is), which I highly highly recommend you all do, will plainly see that he was a comedic jewel in the rough. However, just before you can possibly pigeon-hole him as strictly a comic, along came 1980's 'The Golden Moment - An Olympic Love Story' in which (conquering the role of a Russian sprinter with such grace) Bingo proved his diversity as an actor! More than just a comic! You can also include his performance in 'Miracle on Ice' (and why the hell wasn't he in 'MIRACLE' with Kurt Russell???). Anyway, from TGM-AOLS forward, Bingo was SIGNED and SEALED for a very successful career in Hollywood! But thanks to the THE BIG MISTAKE that would soon follow, he - still to this day - has yet to be DELIVERED! That MISTAKE, of course, being his allowing himself to be on 'Joannie Loves Chachi' - an absolute CURSE/worst TV show of all-time that to this day makes Hollywood Big-Wigs blackball him from good, good roles! Their attitude is, and I actually quote some of them, 'Oh, he was on Joannie Loves Chachi. Sorry, director, you can't star him in this. Someone else, please.' Yes! All because he was once on that show, has he - to this very day - been blackballed from such well-deserved $ucce$$! Yes, the very Malphesque character of 'Bingo' on JLC is indeed the most coolest, radical, funniest TV character of all-time, but being on THAT SHOW seems to more than (unfairly) override that. Remember Jordan with the Wizards? When if he would have spent his whole career with a team like that? He may have never been known to this day. Well, same with Bingo! Stealing some more lines (I know I have already) from others who - as I see - made their rightous claims on the Joannie Loves Chachi board, can you EVEN IMAGINE if Robert De Niro or Meryl Streep WAS on Joannie Loves Chachi?? Umm, hmm, I just think that they'd be a what-ever-happened-to-them-the-last-20-years-topic. I think. This is so indeed why Hollywood has to finally be brought to justice and Bingo should FINALLY be allowed good roles just like the Robin Williams, Eddie Murphys, and Jim Carreys! Hell! Bingo should actually be head-and-shoulders above them ALL! A comedian AND a serious actor as well! You know how Williams was in 'Dead Poets' and 'Good Will Hunting'? Well, I truly truly believe that Bingo should have gotten that supporting role over Tim Robbins in 'Mystic River' and he would have certainly won the Oscar for it as well. BINGO DESERVES SUCCESS, people! And this is why he should seriously be studied and appreciated in circles throughout. Then maybe this kind of word-of-mouth can allow him such success. So he was once on Joannie Loves Chachi - well excuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuse him!!! We all make mistakes. Why punish the poor man for it? So, come on people who read this - study, explore, and appreciate he and his work. Then spread the word 'til Hollywood can no longer hold their ears!

If it wasn't for Joannie Loves Chauchi, I doubt anyone would know who Bingo was.
