On the March 21st episode of the Sopranos Junior Soprano starts watching CYE the doll episode and his dementia has worsened and thinks that Larry is him and the episode is about his life did anyone see it

And he also thought that Jeff was actually Bobby. I can sort of see the resemblance...

It's a little disorienting when the characters in one TV show reference another current show, but in a weird way it adds to the sense of realism when we find out that someone like Junior watches the same shows we do. I wouldn't want to see that device employed too often, but once in a while it's a cute trick.
