Default I don't get...

Why would you attend a concert several times to witness the same thing over and over? I go to this other board that it seems like a competition on the number of concerts you can attend and THEN they have the nerve to complain about how much money they spent.

Because sometimes they do different songs and they are so awesome you gotta see them more than once. My cousin has been to 5 Matchbox Twenty concerts.

In this case that doesnt apply; they name the tour and schedule the songs based on that.

Probably they have a lot of $$$ to burn; and if they do then why you complain afterwards?

My roommate will see multiple shows of one of his favorite bands when they come to NYC. Another friend of ours who lives in Vermont will travel all over the northeast to "follow" a band around when they tour.
Like Mandie said, sometimes they will change thier song lists. Hardcore fans of a band love comparing set lists from a series of shows.

I've never been that much of a music fan, so I will only see a group perform once when they do a show in NYC.

I've been seeing DL&Q concerts since I was 2 and I never get tired of seeing them! I see them 5 times last year... March, 2 times in May(one weekend then the VERY NEXT weekend), July, & October. They are so great that it never gets old. You can tell a good band from a bad band... a GOOD band never gets old.

With a rock and roll band I understand but this is a children's group. Does that mean that they can drive mom's as crazy as The Beatles did one time? And why complain if you are having fun?

I thought you were calling DL&Q a children's group because I have been seeing them since I was 2. THEY ARE NOT A CHILDREN'S GROUP!!!!!!!!!! DL&Q is a group of 5 devout Christians. Doyle Lawson, Jamie Dailey, Barry Scott, Jesse Stockman, and Terry Baucom are 5 of the finest people I have ever met and probably ever will meet for that matter.

Sorry... I'm really bad to get on my soap box
DL&Q are a fine group. It's a shame you don't know who they are. One question, why were you refering the Wiggles when no one mentioned them?

You have a point. Please forgive me.... I hope I didn't come across as rude. If I did, I'm sorry.
