How do I create a homepage or a message board?

You can create a homepage for free at tripod, angelfire or geocities. tripod is best. message boards can be created easily. Dream Tools is the best to use for that. Tripod gives you a partial domain name. here are the links.

Some of these cost money and I don't understand how to create one. Can you help Cool County?

Yes, I'd be glad to help. Go to Tripod. on their home page look for a snowman and that is where it will tell you how to sign up free. fill out the form. when creating your user name make sure it is the name of your site, because your tripod username will also serve as your URL. as for DreamTools at the top of their homepage, you will see Free sign up. click on that and follow the instructions and you're ready for your own message board. Tell me how it works.
