I've been trying to find out which specific mysteries these stories were that I've seen in the 1990s:
1. Back in 1994, I saw a rerun of a man who walked off into the woods after announcing he was going for a mountain hike and was never seen again. Does anyone know what mystery this was? 2. I saw an extremely creepy mystery where a bunch of young children live at this old house and come home after school to find a bunch of old-looking ghosts at the house and the kids, as I recall, are afraid to go in. I saw this in October 1995 in reruns and again after that, at some point. |

I believe that the ghost story is about a house in Nebraska where two families claimed to have seen ghosts. I haven't seen that story in years and it was one of the best stories that I've seen. The reenactments were very realistic. You don't see anything like that today. Does anyone else remember this story?

Hey,
Regarding the second one (the ghost story), was it the one where the kid runs out of the house and looks to the window as a ghost looks out at him? The screen door was banging, etc.?? Is this the one you are talking about? |

Yeah that was the story. It took place in Nevada or Nebraska or something...it's been a while...anyway I tried looking that up online and came up with nothing. I hope I get to see it again on TV someday.
