Smile Delete, or not?

When you have read and responded to your PMs, do you normally delete, or save them? I for one, always delete them, I see no need to save them.

I've saved most of them.

Saved all of 'em (unless the person accidentally sent me a double PM...then I delete one).

I guess I just see no need to save them. I feel like, if you're regularly in touch with that person, you can always write new PMs. *shrugs* Just my feeling.

I save them. I've only had about 5 though. -----JK.

I like to save most emails too, if they are letters. I'm a big saver though, with everything. I hate throwing stuff out! Once I do, I regret it for life.

I'm the same way with emails - I never save them, either, once I've responded.

I save them but I'm planning on getting rid of some that I don't like or ones that I feel are not the least bit worth saving.

Really? I went through the roof one time when some mysteriously were deleted. I don't know what my deal is--it's not so much the fact that I think I need them to read someday later--I just HAVE to SAVE. It's strange of me.

AHHHHHHHH me too!! We must be sisters or something, lol. I had a school email address that was first registered in January 1997, when I was in 6th grade. Last summer (the summer after I graduated from HS), I went into my school email inbox and saved every single one of my emails and then burned them onto a CD. It's a good thing I did, because my original school email address no longer exists now...I have another one now (I'm in college) but I'm most likely not going to be saving any of the emails in it after I graduate...my teachers use it to email me my homework. Boring.

I have a bunch of email addresses I registered in 98/99, though, and I STILL have a bunch of emails in them from since that time...Periodically, though, I go through one of the inboxes and delete emails w/ attachments to free up space.

I have ones where Chris was telling me about some Jeremy Irons porn thing.

Now, you tell me how old THAT is

I value my conversations, also, with my friends. I just don't like the idea of the PMs, or my email being cluttered-up. That's just me, though.
