Question Help...How do you clear out your saved AutoComplete entries?

You know the thing when you type in a letter, and Internet Explorer brings up a bunch of saved AutoComplete entries for that letter...

How do you clear them out? There's too many of them, and I want to clear them out. I know somebody posted about it here a long time ago, but I can't find the thread that had that post in it!! Thanks again!

If you're not sure what I'm talking about, here's a pic...

I think you have to go where you clean the history or pages viewed in your PC

Yep. I found it by going to Tools > Internet Options then clicking on the Content tab and then clicking on the AutoComplete button...I cleared it from there.

I thought you had to have a special program or something to clear out the saved AC entries.

me too I love the look of it and I love that I can lock people out of it. I'm wondering when the next version of Windows is coming out.

XP is the first real computer I've had and I love it! Never have read the book on it or anything; got everything figured out little at a time. Just make sure to do Disk clean-up, clear history, files and cookies and defragment often

Oooo...I wondered how you did that. I keep getting really dumb stuff popping up on sites it doesn't belong. Like I typed in "Spam" somewhere, but when I typed S in at ebay, it pops up. I did find some cans of spam at ebay though.

I'm still on ME, but we have XP at work. There are things about it that I don't like, but then their computers are weird too.

I typed in "voting" at one site and it came up at eBay when I went to search under Vicki...It got annoying really fast.

I've used ME before...It's OK...better than 98...but I still prefer XP to those two. I've been using XP since November 2001 and loooove it.
