Randy Jackson of The Jacksons had a solo cd out yrs ago. What was the name of it? I know he had a song called Happy but i forgot what yr it came out. Did he only make one solo cd? He has a nice singin voice. He sang solo on the song One More Chance on The Jacksons Victory album which is a classic love song. All of Michael's brothers have nice singin voices to me but Michael & Jermaine should've been the only ones that made solo cd's. I also have another question for u about Skip Martin of Dazz Band. He was the lead singer of the group in the 80's. He had a solo song out back then when he left the group called Just A Heartbeat. I can't find any info on him on the internet about that song. I wonder what was the name of his solo album. I love me some Dazz Band. They are from my hometown Cleveland & Skip is my cousin but i've never met him. My mother met him. I got this dude burnin me their classic albums Keep It Live, Joystick, Jukebox for me on cd's. These albums aren't available on cd in the record store so he found them for me on the internet which i'm happy about. What u think about James Taylor who was the lead singer of Kool & The Gang in the 80's? I think he has a very nice singin voice & i didn't become a fan of the group until he joined them. He didn't do well when he did some solo albums but he will always be one of my favorite singers. He sang the hook on Coolio's Too Hot song that Coolio sampled from the group.

The Randy Jackson album I have is billed as "Randy & The Gypsies". It wasn't billed as just Randy Jackson by himself. The two singles from it were "Perpetrators" and "Luv U Honey". I don't remember if there was a song called "Happy" on there, I'd have to dig it out, I have it on cassette, from around '89. He might have done another cd that I'm not familiar with. He couldn't have done too many albums since he never had a big solo hit, I can't imagine a company would keep him signed to a contract.
Skip Martin, I never heard of. All I knew was "Let It Whip" by the Dazz Band. I don't think I know any of their other songs or the names of the members.
