ESPN.com reports he's signed with the Browns, sports center did just now, too. He's not with Tampa Bay.

Actually it is a five-year $25 million dollar deal with a signing bonus of $5 million!!

Garcia did not sign with the Bucs, he signed a 4 year deal with the Browns. It was a mixed late last night. It was said earlier in the evening on ESPN he signed with the BUCS.
