Arrow Spring breaks

Hey, just wondering, you guys...

For those of you who already had your "mid-winter break" (that's something I still don't understand the point of... ), did you go someplace special for the week?

For those of you who just started your spring break, are you going anywhere special?

And for those of you starting your spring break within the next few weeks, are YOU going to go somewhere? Or just spend the week lazing at home?

I'm asking, because I'm in my 1st semester of college (yeah, I really should've started last fall...), and up here, this Friday is our last day before our spring break starts. School will resume as usual on the 22nd. This year, I'm going somewhere really special for my spring break -- I'M FLYING TO LONDON!!!!! I'll be staying in a hotel in Westimester, and we'll be going all over the place. We might even take a day to visit Paris and another day to visit Amsterdam (altho the latter seems more likely).

I am sooooooo psyched about my trip. I really can't wait! The only bad thing about it is, I'll have to miss 3 days of school (the 22nd-24th) and I know I'll be super tired on the 25th, but it will be SO worth it.

What airport are you flying into? Because Gatwick is a dump. The terminal is really grey and boring (except for the shopping/eating plaza) and you can't get any good views of the city (my problem) from it. But then again, you're actually going into London, not just flying through it, so it probably won't matter to you either way.

My spring break started today. I'm not doing anything special. On Thursday, I'm celebrating my birthday early with two of my best friends. They are going to spend the night, and on Friday we are going to the mall on a shopping spree.

I don't know what I'm going to do over spring break yet. Probably hang out with my friends.

I'm finally going to Boston.

I was supposed to go on my birthday.. but I had to take a practice SATs or something so my dad had to reschedule our trip. I'm happy that I'm going... but now my sister decided that she wants to look at colleges up there so that turned into the main purpose of the trip.

Whatever... I can't wait.

You're just jealous

And congrats about your trip, that sounds awesome. I probably won't do anything. Ours is the week of easter, so...easter stuff I guess.

I dunno yet. All I know about the airport plans is that I'll have a layover in Minneapolis then fly straight, nonstop, to London

I looked up the forecast for London and it said it'll be raining most of the time. Not surprising. But hey, it'll be a change from the snow up here.

I'm leaving for St. Petersburg, Russia on Saturday for three weeks. Then I'll be going to Kazakhstan (and maybe China) for an additional two weeks.

Have fun in London, by the way.

My spring break is next week. It starts on Thursday (I only have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays) but I'm not going anywhere. My mother might be at Colorado during some of that time to help my sister, who is due any day now. She'll leave a week after the child is born. I'm probably going to stay at home and play video games and watch movies all day.

My spring break starts the second week of April and lasts for 10 days. This year I'm actually getting out of town. I am going to Charleston with my friend.
