What is going on with E! and NBC regarding SNL? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Does anyone know how long this court dispute between E! and NBC reguarding the E! special "101 Most Unforgetable SNL Moments", which is keeping SNL re runs off of E!, is settled? This is silly, SNL should be shown in re runs on cable again.

Who cares about this stupid E! special? Bring back SNL on E! or any cable channel.

Yeah, I don't know too much of what's going on myself except that NBC sued E! for showing SNL things they didn't have the rights to...and SNL hasn't been aired since. It's really pissing me off and I hope it'll end soon...

I wish it came on more often...I don't always get the chance to see it on Saturday nights, and now all Comedy Central shows is stupid MadTV which isn't funny whatsoever.

I miss SNL. Comedy Central was showing the best episodes ever when they took it off. It needs to come back, soon!

I used to watch it all the time on Saturdays at 10pm before the actual live one came on, now I can't do that anymore. I would watch it everyday on Comedy Central, and even though I like MadTV, I'd much rather watch SNL...any season. Just great how this happened as soon as Comedy Central got rid of it. I need it more than once a week.
