Sorry if I offended anyone with the post Homeliest Character on LITB. I did not mean to hurt anyone's feelings. That wasn't what I intended. It was supposed to be what people thought. Sorry! I don't want to make anyone mad.
The post is so complex it has changed topics. |

I didn't reply, but I did read your topic. I can tell you didn't mean harm, even if people did take it that way. I know calling someone Homely is rude, but all you wanted was peoples opinions.
Just my thoughts on the post. But yeah, I guess people should kinda stay away from making posts like that, 'cause someone will always take offense in it. Hope that made sense.

There was nothing offensive here. People just have differing ideas of what constitutes "homely."

Everthing is forgiven. Gee just think you could have asked who was the homiest, meaning who's house would be the most warm and cozy. June and Ward's was cozy but on the other hand Mrs Mondellos home seem to have a lot of hollering.

The homiest was the Cleaver's house. The first one was snug and cozy, but the second one had some charm about it I just love.

That's because June was vacuuming all the time, while wearing pearls!

I don't ever remember her vacuuming in the first house. She looked so pretty in heels and pearls.

Recently I watched the "Forgotten Party" episode where Beaver had gotten a new camera. June didn't even want him to pretend to take her picture without film, while wearing her"old" clothes. Talk about vain!

Oh Ward was ahead of his time in many ways I think. He often helped with the dishes, etc.
