I was thinking this weekend. I had a long time to think, I was in the car a bunch because we were moving my sister. Anyway, my friend and I were talking, and I have NO idea how the topic came up, but we started talking about one of my favorite phrases that Blair says, "Turn Blue"

So my question is, what episodes does Blair use this phrase in? I know she uses it in the one were Jo and Blair go back to New York and see their friends. They both realize how much they have changed.

I was thinking that she used it in a couple of others, but I'm not sure. Does anybody else know?

I think she did use it in others, but i'm not sure exactly which ones!I'll do some research and post ASAP!
