Question about syndicated episodes

Hi, I posted earlier about having every Gimme a Break episode from USA. Does anyone have episodes from syndication from another channel? Or was the show ever aired on another channel?

I'm curious because of something I noticed when Nick at Nite started airing The Facts of Life. I'd had almost every episode of The Facts of Life from USA, but started recording them from Nick at Nite anyway. I immediately noticed that the episodes were different. I knew that episodes were significantly (but not very well) edited in syndication to allow for a few more minutes of commercials, but I did not know that different networks cut different things.

Now I'm wondering if you put together scenes from episodes syndicated on different networks, if you get the whole originally aired version.

Has anyone else encountered this? Are most shows cut differently? And most importantly, does anyone have Gimme a Break episodes from anywhere other than USA?
