Post What I think about Lisa's family..

I know that this post is proably going to be closed up, and I partly want it to be because I don't want any fights starting from here - I just want people to know what I think about Lisa's family. I think that their family is no different than anyone else's. Lisa is a very good mother to her children and always was. I remember in the post that had lots of cursing in it someone said that they were too religious: Theres no such thing as being too religious. And she is not too religious, its just that she is thankful for what God gives her.

Also, I remember a comment regarding Lisa's book "Creative Corrections", someone said Lisa was trying to tell parents how to raise their children. Well, she isn't trying to tell people how to raise their children. The book is just ideas on how to in case parents need help, the parents dont HAVE TO use the ideas.

Lisa Whelchel is my role model and I feel she is a good role model for anyone to have. I look up to her and I always will.

Right on! They are NOT too religious. She just happens to be someone who openly talks about her religion and does what she can to help promote it. Nothing wrong with that.

It doesn't matter what her religion is. It's her goodness that matters!

Why do you people keep draging this on starting 100's on new posts about this topic!? Just post your opinions on the old ones and dont prolong our little war.

We start new posts, because we have something to say on this topic. We cannot do this on the original post due to the fact that, that post had inappropriate posts and therefore got closed.

I think her family is great. And I think she is great. None of them are perfect but who is?

I tried writing this earlier, but I got cut off.
I think the people that are judging Lisa's family are stupid. First of all, we should all lay off of her family. It's her family, not ours. Secondly, have you been to her site lately? They are so down to earth. They aren't perfect or they wouldn't be down to earth. They would be stuck up or something. Third, I think we should all go to our own corners. Those who are against her and think she's fake, you go think that, but you'll never come by another family as nice as Lisa's. Those who look up to her and stand up for her, GOOD FOR YOU! It proves you care about people besides yourselves. And last, but not least, look at her family. Do they look like they are in such a bad position? I'd love to be part of that family, even with people judging me. So will the rest of you people say what you want to say, then back off??
